Can I return the product?

The product can be returned within the statutory 30-day return period.

However, the seal must be unbroken.

Once the seal is broken, the product unfortunately cannot be returned.

Is there anything to consider when using it?

We recommend thoroughly cleaning the horse's hooves and then applying the product generously with gloves to the cleaned frog area.

How does our shipping work?

We deliver throughout Germany with DHL GoGreen. Our own ambition is to have orders ready for dispatch and handed over to the shipping service provider within 24 hours.

With our packaging license, we support a responsible, environmentally conscious handling of shipping and packaging disposal.

How often should I use the product?

In our experience, an improvement in the hoof situation is observed after two to three applications.

For continued use, we recommend applying the product twice a week.

How do I use the product?

First, clean the hoof with the hoof pick and its brush. Then, take a hazelnut-sized amount on your finger or glove. Distribute the product well on the frog and in the central sulcus.
